RETURN POLICY

Timeless Staples, ("us", "we", or "our") understands that there will be products that might not suit you. Therefore, we have come up with a return policy. Carefully look over our policies.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept return requests or refunds!! You may cancel your order up until the shipping label is created. Once the shipping label is created, you must pay for cancelation.

EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one or give you store credit. Please email timeless.staples@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your product, to begin the process.

RETURN SHIPPING

If you’ve submitted a return request to timeless.staples@gmail.com, within 3 days of receiving your order, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and have processed your request, to let you know if your return was approved or not.
If approved, we will then send your exchanged item or issue you store credit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be issued store credit.

MODIFICATIONS

At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace this policy at any time. We encourage you to look over this policy often, as new modifications are effective immediately.
