SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1- 10 business days for processing and shipping. We make every effort to ship your orders out as soon as possible. Some shipping delivery days may take longer than others due to which products are in your order and how big your order is. Cosmetic products are made to order, for freshness.

Please plan! especially around holidays.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

When orders are shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number, if available. Be sure your account stays up-to-date, to receive order details.

REQUIRED SIGNATURE

If a signature is required and you are unavailable to sign, there will be a note left, stating further instructions on what actions to take next. If the package is not delivered, or picked up, within so many days/ attempts (depending on instructions on the note) the package will be returned to Timeless Staples.
